The Challenge

The client needed a retail display solution that would help a featured wine and spirits collection stand out in a competitive in-store environment. Bottles were competing for attention across crowded shelves, stack-outs, and promotional placements, making it difficult to create a strong branded presence at the point of purchase.

The display also needed to meet several practical requirements. It had to be visually premium enough for the category, structurally strong enough to support glass bottles safely, easy for store staff to place on the floor, and efficient to ship in quantity for a regional rollout. The client was also working within a tight promotional timeline tied to a seasonal sales campaign.

The Opportunity

The program offered an opportunity to create a branded merchandising solution that would do more than simply hold product. The display needed to reinforce the brand story, organize multiple bottle sizes, and encourage impulse engagement from shoppers browsing the wine and spirits section.

Because appearance matters heavily in this category, the final concept had to balance strong shelf presence with a polished look that aligned with a premium beverage brand.
